During the Holidays, all the orders will be sent on the same day, Monday to Friday.

Shipping is free with a purchase of + $ 65 *. (Before taxes, anywhere in Canada. Free shipping does not apply to the purchase of ingredients, only on Bella Pella’s products.)
Otherwise, the shipping and handling charges for your order are based on the total weight of the order and its final destination.
STORE PICK UP:
You can buy online and pick up your order at our workshop! (Monday to Friday)
We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to be picked up according to our opening hours.
PREPARING YOUR ORDER:
The preparation time for your order is approximately 1 to 2 days. (from Monday to Friday)
DELIVERY TIMES:
- Local : 1 or 2 business days
- Quebec : from 1 to 3 business days
- Canada : from 3 to 6 business days
- USA: from 4 to 6 business days
These delays are not guaranteed as weather conditions and mail volumes may affect the delivery of items.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. There you will find your tracking number which will allow you to track your package online.
We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange for an item of equal value or a refund is allowed. The return of items is at the expense of the customer. We accept exchange or refund for a period of 30 days after purchase. Item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded. An administration fee of CDN $ 3.00 for Canada and $ 5.00 CDN for other countries will be applicable to any refunds on sale items in the BellaPella online store.
